Dealing with Council
As part of Victoria’s new pool rules all pool owners have to get their pool assessed and obtain a certificate of compliance. Property owners have to register their pool with Local council, lodge their pool inspection and finally lodge their certificate of compliance with Council.
We offer a free service to anyone, giving advice about the procedure and that we hope to show how professional and friendly our service is.
Pool compliance
We check your existing pool fence, the gate, the boundary fences and any trees and shrubs near the pool.
We will issue you a written report if there are things that need fixing, such as if a tree needs to be trimmed back. You then have a few weeks to correct those items.
Our cost for a pool compliance inspection and certificate is $375 including GST. Book an inspection today.
Pool consultations
We know that some pool areas are very tricky. Maybe your pool has doors that open from the house but those doors haven’t worked properly since the kids were little and you would like to install a new fence.
We offer a consultation service. We know all the pool rules, we know about fences and windows and doors and trees. We also understand the building permit process and we can work with your design to show you what is compliant and what will need to be altered.
Pool consultations cost $ 300 incl GST for a site visit and a written response.
